GENERAL

  1. These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through GUNiiA.
  2. By placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
  3. GUNiiA reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

PRODUCTS & DESIGN

  1. GUNiiA produces furniture using materials such as solid wood, metal, stone, and rattan.
  2. Due to the natural nature of materials, variations in grain, texture, and color are expected and are not considered defects.
  3. All products are designed with a minimal and material-first philosophy, and slight irregularities are part of the design language

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  1. Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment (as agreed).
  2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  3. GUNiiA reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or availability issues.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

  1. Most GUNiiA products are made-to-order.
  2. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  3. Lead times will be communicated at the time of order and may vary depending on design & complexity.

DELIVERY

  1. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or logistics conditions.
  2. Customers must ensure accurate delivery details.
  3. GUNiiA is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

DAMAGE & CLAIMS

  1. Any damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  2. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
  3. If approved, GUNiiA will repair, replace, or offer a suitable resolution.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. Due to the nature of custom and made-to-order furniture, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective.
  2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–20 working days.
  3. Used or altered products are not eligible for return.

PRODUCT USE & CARE

  1. Customers are responsible for proper use and maintenance of furniture.
  2. GUNiiA is not liable for damage caused by misuse, environmental exposure, or improper care.

LIABILITY

  1. GUNiiA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
  2. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

PRIVACY & PAYMENTS

  1. Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing.
  2. Payment details are handled securely through approved methods.

GOVERNING LAW

  1. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
